FLORISTRY COURSE ADVANCED Stage Two
10 lessons
Suited for students with basic knowledge and practical experience. Students will develop their skills gained in Stage One and working on a larger scale .Looking at the best practices for design and construction of arrangements; weddings, funerals and events. We look at how these basic skills can be adapted and expanded upon for larger scale commissions. Completion of Stage One is a prerequisite to this course.
BRIDAL COURSE Wedding Flowers Stage Three
10 LESSONS
This course is dedicated to Wedding Flowers where we will teach you the basic skills to create bridal designs. In this students will learn all the essentials to create successful wedding flowers. From the initial consultation to the final finishing touches we will take you through the steps required to plan, create and manage flowers for the event. Budget and costings are touched upon and we demonstrate how to
maximize results with flowers and foliage, with an emphasis on detail.
Completion of Stage One is a prerequisite to this course
FLORISTRY CAREER COURSE
CONSISITING OF Three Stages
Our three week career course is designed as a foundation for those wishing to enter the industry and those with more than just a passing interest in flowers.
We recommend that the Career Course be completed as a three week block but we provide flexibitiliy of completing the course either by joining separate career course modules or completing the course in the day or evening through stages one to three.
BRIDAL CLASSES
Handtied and Wired Trailing Bouquets
These classes are designed for the student or Florist with some experience on wiring or have completed lessons 7/ 8 and 9 on wiring. These classes are hands on, with guidance from the tutor. Refresh your skills now! Techniques shown on how to make a fully wired bouquet. You will create a beautiful bouquets to take home. This is your opportunity to update your portfolio.
PEDESTAL ARRANGEMENTS
Front Facing Arrangements
A challenge to create your own large arrangements in a hands-on workshop. A little experience would be helpful (but not necessary) or completion of Lesson 6 on Front Facing Arrangements.
CHRISTMAS ARRANGEMENT
Create your own table arrangement for the festive season using candles, fresh flowers and greenery fruit, nuts and festive goodies.
Create a group. and have fun with friends!

CHRISTMAS VASE DISPLAY
Learn how to create a fabulous vase display for your home using festive themed flowers and foliage. We will show you how to add glamour and sparkle to you arrangement in a subtle and stylish way. Please bring your favorite vase. If you wish stay on for the afternoon and create a door wreath. A lot of fun!
